Abstract

We have developed a biochemical reaction simulator named WinBEST-KIT (Biochemical Engineering System analyzing Tool-KIT, which runs under Windows 10) for analyzing complicated metabolic pathways. WinBEST-KIT provides an integrated simulation environment for experimental researchers. A particularly notable feature is that users can define and customize kinetic equations, algebraic equations, and events as user-defined symbols into the diagrammed modeling interface. We are confident that WinBEST-KIT will become one of the most efficient biochemical reaction simulators for experimental researchers.
